Refund policy
Do you allow returns and exchanges?
To reduce our environmental impact, our t-shirts are made to order. Currently, this means that we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges for a buyer's change of mind.
We will refund or replace the item if there is a mistake on our part, and we will cover shipping costs. In such a case, please send a photo of the issue to us at hello@wildwen.com.
Claims for returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of you receiving the item, and the item should be unused. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used to place your order.
We aim to play a part in a fashion industry that’s better for the planet and its people. You can help us achieve our mission by shopping considerately, and taking your measurements so that you order the correct size (according to our sizing charts).
You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:
- The t-shirt size is wrong
- The t-shirt colour is wrong
- The t-shirt’s text or design elements are wrong (e.g. wrong colour, mistake in printing)
- The t-shirt’s size has been mislabelled
We are working towards a sustainable solution for accepting returns and exchanges, and we hope to be able to offer this to our customers soon. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in working towards a more sustainable fashion industry.
What happens to returned garments?
Returned defective items are donated to charity when wearable, or recycled when unwearable.
Our returns policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please email us at hello@wildwen.com, quoting your order number.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. If the error was on your part, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned by the courier to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (should you still wish to receive the order).
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore Wildwen reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
