Are your products vegan?

Yes, they are 100% vegan. Our products are made from PETA-Vegan approved shirts and vegan water based ink.

Are your products sustainably and ethically produced?

Orders and shipping

When will I get my order? * 

The total time frame for processing and shipping can be estimated as follows: 

  • UK: 6-14 business days
  • Europe: 9–15 business days 
  • USA: 6–11 business days 
  • International: 13–27 business days 

How much will I pay for shipping? * 

  • UK: £3.59* for one t-shirt, every additional t-shirt + £1.20
  • Ireland: 4.60* euros for one t-shirt, every additional t-shirt +1.50 euros
  • USA:$5.00* for one t-shirt, every additional t-shirt + $2.50
  • International: shipping costs calculated at checkout

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a global order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. This minimises the carbon footprint of your order, as your order ships from the facility closest to you. It also means that different countries have different estimated delivery times. 

How long does it take to fulfil my order (before shipping)?

Order processing times are usually 2-7 days, you will receive an email when your order is ready to ship.

How long will my order take to be delivered once it's printed?

  • UK: 4-7 business days
  • Ireland 6-8 business days
  • USA: 12–15 business days
  • Europe: 4–14 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following: 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address 
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package 
  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@wildwen.com  with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in the delivery address that you inputted, we can send you a replacement order, but we ask you to cover the shipping costs. 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

How are your products made?

Our t-shirts are made to order. This means that no garment goes to waste and helps us to achieve our sustainability mission.

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper with locations worldwide. When you place your order, your t-shirt is printed in the facility closest to you, minimising the carbon footprint of your order.

Your design is printed onto one of our blank t-shirts which are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton. The inks used are water based and vegan, and free from harmful chemicals (as proved by the OEKO-TEX certification). Our blank t-shirts are produced by factories which collaborate with the Fair Wear Foundation, which sets out standards for ethical garment production.

We believe that our mode of production is the best for ensuring we can cater to our customers around the world in the most sustainable and ethical way possible. But we’re always striving to find ways to improve the ways that we work further, to do the best we can for our planet and its people.

How do I track my order? 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@wildwen.com 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@wildwen.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! 

Returns and exchanges

Do you allow returns and exchanges?

To reduce our environmental impact, our t-shirts are made to order. Currently, this means that we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges for a buyer's change of mind.

We will refund or replace the item if there is a mistake on our part, and we will cover shipping costs. In such a case, please send a photo of the issue to us at hello@wildwen.com.

Claims for returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of you receiving the item, and the item should be unused. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used to place your order.

We aim to play a part in a fashion industry that’s better for the planet and its people. You can help us achieve our mission by shopping considerately, and taking your measurements so that you order the correct size (according to our sizing charts).  

You will be eligible for refund or replacement if:

  • The t-shirt size is wrong
  • The t-shirt colour is wrong
  • The t-shirt’s text or design elements are wrong (e.g. wrong colour, mistake in printing)
  • The t-shirt’s size has been mislabelled 

We are working towards a sustainable solution for accepting returns and exchanges, and we hope to be able to offer this to our customers soon. We appreciate your understanding and co-operation in working towards a more sustainable fashion industry.

What happens to returned garments?

Returned defective items are donated to charity when wearable, or recycled when unwearable.
